To the point that I ended up playing piano with Chuck Berry.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17166659.post-24774702922858115052017-06-03T18:34:00.251-07:002017-06-03T18:34:00.251-07:00Yikes! I saw and talked with him at the Owl as well as a few Pioneer Square venues. He was a fascinating character and it is interesting to read the backstory on him. Sorry to hear that he passed on at suc a relatively young age.

RickRichardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02101764346550302515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17166659.post-40092323097126399152017-01-20T11:18:00.327-08:002017-01-20T11:18:00.327-08:00Alberto Gianquinto passed in 1986 in Columbia Mo....Alberto Gianquinto passed in 1986 in Columbia Mo.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16107031101761314451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17166659.post-11242659313508634582013-11-02T09:57:06.290-07:002013-11-02T09:57:06.290-07:00My research into Alberto's life led me to a bo...My research into Alberto's life led me to a book titled "Voices of Latin Rock" by Jim McCarthy. Alberto is mentioned several times in this book. It is claimed there that he died in Kansas City, not the Bay Area.Mike Lynchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17344654261133655744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17166659.post-8912181916393807492013-10-27T05:50:38.771-07:002013-10-27T05:50:38.771-07:00Well that was interesting! Sorry to hear of his passing under such sad circumstances.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02362535422863648849noreply@blogger.com
